This is exactly what Mr. Immanuel Paul said when he got out from his training aircraft DA20, after flying First Solo on 4th May 2014.

Five weeks ago Immanuel Paul, our students from Papua New Guinea, started his training at Eagle Flight Training. The First Solo flight was the first milestone of his aviation career. Young aviator was delighted when his instructor gave him the single stripe epaulettes as a recognition of this achievement. When Immanuel arrived at Eagle Flight Training, he set a goal to complete Private Pilot Licence training, Instrument Rating and Commercial Pilot Licence training with us before applying for a position with Air Niugini, the national flag carrier of Papua New Guinea.

Eagle Flight Training is an approved Flight Training Organization by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Papua New Guinea (CASA PNG). Since 2010, we have trained over 50 students from PNG and are welcoming students from PNG every month. Many PNG students are supported by their local communities, Private Trusts and Government bodies. We believe it is an excellent way for the country to support the fastest growing industry in the World. PNG Government expects them to fly for local carriers across Papua New Guinea after completion of their training overseas.

Four years of working experience with PNG students has helped us get a deeper understanding of  their goals as well as the specific needs of local flight operators and airline requirements. We value  this experience and believe our graduates will demonstrate good pilots skills and decision making in the future.

We encourage everyone who has ever thought about aviation to contact us today to explore his or her training option and personal career path in aviation.
